Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 7 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $77.77.
No shows AND same day cancellations will be charged 100% of services booked.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
Please be sure to CONFIRM your appointments or they WILL BE CANCELLED 😞. GRACE PERIOD We know things happen, we have a 10 minute grace period policy in place. If you will be more than 10 minutes late please call! We may need to reschedule depending on the schedule that day.
REFUNDS
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on services rendered. If you receive a service and are not satisfied, please speak up BEFORE you leave, so we can fix the issue.
